Terms & Conditions — Kapal4D

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the kapal4d online platform, including the website located at kapal4d.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any applications operated under the kapal4d brand (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Kapal4D ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator") and any individual who registers an account or otherwise accesses the Platform ("you", "the Member", "the User").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content and implications, and that you agree to comply with them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Kapal4d is primarily operated for and directed at users in Malaysia. All monetary values referenced in these Terms are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless expressly stated otherwise. References to specific Malaysian payment brands — including but not limited to GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, and FPX — reflect available transaction methods and carry no implied endorsement by or partnership with those brands beyond operational payment processing arrangements.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the kapal4d website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services operated by the Operator.
• "Member" / "User" means any natural person who has registered a verified account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual, password-protected member account created upon successful registration.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake of real-money funds placed on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Credits" means any non-withdrawable promotional credits, free spins, or bonus funds credited to a Member's account in connection with a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the turnover condition that must be met before Bonus Credits or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which the Operator verifies a Member's identity using acceptable Malaysian government-issued identification documents.
• "Withdrawable Balance" means the portion of a Member's account balance that has satisfied all applicable wagering requirements and may be transferred to an approved payment method.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction applied at a Member's request that prevents them from accessing the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Operator" means Kapal4D and its authorised personnel responsible for operating the Platform.

To register and maintain an active account on kapal4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions.
2. You are a natural person — corporate registrations, trusts, or organisational accounts are not permitted.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and for your own account — opening an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
4. You do not have an existing account on the Platform, whether active, suspended, or previously closed.
5. You have not been previously excluded from the Platform by voluntary self-exclusion or Operator-imposed restriction.
6. You are not registered on any national self-exclusion list applicable in your jurisdiction to the extent that such a list would prohibit your access.
7. You are using the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only — not for commercial gain, arbitrage, or professional gambling activities.
8. You are not depositing funds derived from criminal activity or acting on behalf of any person engaged in money laundering.

The Operator reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or equivalent), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation where warranted. Failure to provide such documentation in a timely manner may result in account suspension.

4.1 Registration Process

To register, you must complete the kapal4d registration form with accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to provide, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. All information submitted during registration is subject to verification under our KYC process.

4.2 Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. Kapal4d will never ask you to provide your password via any communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to adequately protect their credentials.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This provides an additional layer of security and is available free of charge within your account security settings.

4.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or bonus credits contained within them may be forfeited pending investigation.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Kapal4d currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Available methods may vary from time to time at the Operator's discretion. Minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to each method are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits funded from accounts not registered to you personally — are prohibited and may result in account suspension. The minimum deposit is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor, though processing times may vary.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Member. Kapal4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes published on the Platform: under 5 minutes for e-wallets (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost), 5–15 minutes via DuitNow/FPX, and up to 60 minutes for direct bank transfers.

5.4 Wagering Requirements Prior to Withdrawal

Where a Member has accepted a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before any portion of the bonus amount or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus credits.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless the Platform expressly offers an alternative currency option. Currency conversion costs, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Member.

Kapal4d offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and promotional offers to registered Members. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, and expiry date. These terms are published at the point of offer.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Multiple accounts exploiting the same promotion will be treated as duplicate accounts.
• The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retrospectively alter the terms of already-accepted offers in a materially prejudicial way.
• Bonus credits are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of wagering requirements.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus structures — including but not limited to bonus abuse, matched betting using promotional funds, and value extraction strategies intended to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• The VIP Loyalty Programme operates under its own programme-specific terms, which are detailed within the platform's VIP section.

Kapal4d offers a range of betting markets and casino products including, but not limited to, sports betting (football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other sports), live casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo), 4D lottery, slot games, and instant games. Each product category operates under its own set of game-specific rules, which are published within the relevant product section of the Platform.

7.1 Finality of Wagers

Once a wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it is binding. It is the Member's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of any wager before confirming placement. The Operator does not accept requests to cancel or amend wagers once confirmed, except in cases of manifest system errors on the part of the Operator.

7.2 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obvious mispricing of odds, incorrect market descriptions, or data feed failures — the Operator reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the relevant Member accounts. The Operator's decision in relation to manifest errors is final.

7.3 Odds and Markets

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, close, or refuse any betting market or wager at its sole discretion, including prior to an event commencing. Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to the wager.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits

Minimum and maximum wager limits vary by product and market and are displayed within the Platform interface at the time of bet placement. The Operator reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits where it determines this to be appropriate.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kapal4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds pending investigation, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform to obtain an unintended advantage.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic risk-free exploitation using Operator promotional funds.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or to transact with funds derived from criminal activity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the Operator.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to obscure your true location in contravention of the Platform's geographic access policies.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any person who is under 21 years of age or who is subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform, including denial-of-service attacks or attempts to access areas of the Platform not intended for Member access.

Kapal4d is committed to operating responsibly and in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. All Members are required to complete a KYC verification process prior to their first withdrawal request. The Operator may also require KYC verification at any other time at its discretion, particularly where account activity raises AML concerns.

Acceptable identity documents for Malaysian Members include a valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), a Malaysian passport, or another government-issued photo identification document acceptable to the Operator. Proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or elsewhere in Malaysia) may also be requested.

Documents must be clear, unaltered, and not expired. The Operator reserves the right to refuse documents that appear tampered with or illegible. Where the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect document fraud, it will suspend the relevant account and may report the matter to appropriate authorities.

Account funds will be held pending satisfactory KYC completion and will not be released for withdrawal until verification is successfully concluded. The Operator aims to process KYC submissions within one hour of receipt during normal operating hours.

10.1 Operator-Initiated Suspension or Closure

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; KYC failure; operation of duplicate accounts; or where continued account operation is deemed contrary to the Operator's responsible gambling obligations.

In cases of suspension for investigation, withdrawable funds will be held pending the conclusion of the investigation and will be released to the Member if the investigation concludes in their favour. Funds associated with confirmed prohibited activity may be forfeited.

10.2 Member-Initiated Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the kapal4d customer support team. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be processed to the Member's verified payment method in accordance with standard withdrawal terms. Bonus credits that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at the Member's request.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. The Operator reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available from customer support upon request.

Kapal4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a core operational value. The Platform provides the following tools to assist Members in maintaining healthy gambling habits:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps, settable within account settings and effective immediately upon application.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods to prevent excessive spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notifying Members of elapsed play time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary access restrictions of between 24 hours and 6 months, applicable immediately on request.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusions of 6 months or longer are treated as permanent and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

All content on the kapal4d Platform — including but not limited to the kapal4d name and logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content; reverse engineering or disassembling any Platform software; or use of any Platform content for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of the Operator's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Operator's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Member in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors, or that defects will be corrected immediately. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service outages (including payment processor downtime) may temporarily affect Platform availability.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". The Operator expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law principles. The Operator operates the Platform under applicable licensing and regulatory frameworks.

Any dispute between the Member and the Operator that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally accepted arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits the rights of Malaysian consumers under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation to the extent that such rights cannot be lawfully excluded by contract.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice prior to the change taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 10.2 above.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
